Former President Donald Trump Indicted On 4 Federal Fees Associated to Particular Counsel Jan. 6 Probe

(FOX NEWS) – Former President Donald Trump was indicted Tuesday on costs stemming from Particular Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
Trump was indicted on 4 federal costs out of the probe, together with conspiracy to defraud the USA; conspiracy to impede an official continuing; obstruction of and try and impede an official continuing; and conspiracy towards rights.
Trump has been ordered to seem in federal court docket in Washington D.C. for his arraignment on Thursday, Aug. 3, at 4 p.m.
That is the second federal indictment the previous president faces out of Smith’s investigation. Trump, who leads the 2024 GOP presidential major subject, has already pleaded not responsible to 37 counts associated to his alleged improper retention of categorised data from his presidency.
