BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – With Congressman Invoice Posey’s (R-Rockledge) help the Home of Representatives handed H.R. 277, the Laws from the Govt in Want of Scrutiny Act or REINS Act to extend accountability and transparency within the federal regulatory course of and reassert Congress’s legislative authority to make legal guidelines of the USA.

“Congress empowers federal companies with the authority to implement the legal guidelines that Congress passes, not create new legal guidelines,” mentioned Congressman Posey, an authentic cosponsor of the REINS Act.

“When federal authorities companies exceed their authority in drafting rules, which have the power of regulation, Congress has little recourse in holding them accountable for his or her overreach.
